  • No stored files: Every converted file is automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within 60 minutes of creation.

What We Do Collect

To keep MPConverter free, fast, and stable, we rely on a small set of standard web technologies:

  • Anonymous Usage Analytics We use basic analytics (such as Google Analytics) to understand aggregate traffic patterns — which pages are visited most, what devices are used, and where our users come from geographically. This data is anonymised and never tied to an individual.
  • Functional Cookies We store a small cookie to remember your preference once you accept our cookie notice. No tracking cookies are set before you accept.
  • Theme & Language Preferences Your light/dark mode setting and chosen display language are saved in your browser's local storage so your preferences persist across visits. This data never leaves your device.

Security

All communication between your browser and MPConverter's servers is protected by industry-standard 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. Converted files are stored in isolated, access-controlled server locations and deleted automatically on a strict schedule. We do not share file data with any third parties.

Our website may contain links to third-party sites such as YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, and Audiomack. Once you leave MPConverter, we have no control over the privacy practices of those platforms. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies before submitting personal information to any third-party service.

Because we collect so little data, there is very little we hold about you.
